Basketball Coach Has Cancerous Growth Removed - Possibly Linked to Earlier Skin Cancer

Jim Calhoun had what he described as a cancerous growth - possibly linked to an earlier skin cancer - taken out Monday.

‘‘It was cancer-related, yes,’’ he told The Associated Press. ‘‘I'm not going to talk about it. I was out for a day and a half. I'm completely healthy now.’’"
